Law MJ Kim LLC charges a nominal consultation fee of $150.00 for an up to 30-minute initial phone or video consultation with Moonjung Jenny Kim, Esq., the Founder and Managing Attorney of Law MJ Kim LLC.   

Charging a nominal consultation fee allows Jenny to dedicate her time to you to determine the best strategies for your specific case.

The purpose of a consultation is to determine the options available to you, your family members and / or employees in obtaining the ability to live and work in the United States.

During the consultation, Moonjung Jenny Kim, Esq., the Founder and Managing Attorney of Law MJ Kim LLC, will gather information from you concerning your immigration history and background to determine your eligibility for immigration benefits. Jenny will then explain the options available to you and provide you with a legal fee quote. Jenny will also answer any questions you have concerning your case.

Due to the strict rules of professional conduct, Law MJ Kim LLC is unable to provide prospective clients instructions on how to complete an immigration form during a consultation.

Law MJ Kim LLC charges a “flat fee” for our services. This means that you will be charged a fixed legal fee. Other costs that you may incur for your case are immigration filing fees, if required, and reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses.
